Since 1936, this unique dessert has embodied the soul of the city while remaining true to its artisanal essence. Today, only Fiore 1827 preserves and produces the authentic Cassata Fiorenza, wrapping it by hand in the unmistakable blue octagonal package, patented in the same year as the recipe.
